Quick and Delicious Aloo Paratha Recipe

2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)

Instructions:
1.Prepare the Dough:

7.Flip and Add Ghee:
Flip the paratha and drizzle some ghee on the top.Press it gently with a spatula, and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy
8.Serve:
Remove the aloo paratha from the griddle and place it on a plate.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or your favorite chutney.
